My Journey Begins.

My artistic journey began with a dream. In my dream a lady appeared on the back of a flying skeleton . She told me I should paint Mexican folk art. The next day I purchased my first canvas and began. Every night since then I have painted. I paint late at night when my children are asleep as this is the only free time I have for my art. I cannot sleep without painting even it is just for a short while. I do not know how one determines whether or not they are actually an artist. Every painting I do I discover something new so hopefully I will get better. I adore color so my paintings are as brightly colored as I can make them. Color makes people feel therefore I hope my paintings do too.
